Serralunga d'Alba & Borolo
After spending Sunday in Alba, we headed off for the Borolo area, stopping first in Borolo where we climbed to the top of a medieval castle to view the countryside (top row) and to visit the wine museum (left 2nd row)

After Borolo, we went to Serralunga d'Alba where we stopped at the Cantina Schiavenza for lunch overlooking vineyards and enjoyed a nice bottle of Barolo.

From Serralunga d'Alba, we drove to Monforte d'Alba through more vineyards and to arrive in the city for spectacular views of the countryside. In the city, we visited the church of Madonna della Neve (below, middle)
