When we found out that the resort offered a Cambodian cooking class we decided it was a "must do" for us. When we enrolled we found out that it would be a class for two—just us! The class started with a trip to the market in Siem Reap to get a few things for the meal. Most of the food actually came from the resort, so this was really more to just give us the experience of the market. | ||

So, after having a gander at fish that we knew were fresh 'cause they were still wiggling, a pigs head or two, and many other things, we were off to learn new cooking things. |
