|Also in the area is the Madonna dell'Oro, one of the finest gothic churches in Venice. The facade has works by Tintoretto.||With tired feet, we took the vaporetto back to Gritti Palace, passing under the Rialto bridge that had been our pathway to the market in the morning.||
Each time we went back & forth to Piazza San Marco in the evening, we'd see this mime acting as a moving marble statue. Kids loved it!
