Some time ago, we decided to try different things for Christmas dinner—no matter where we are. Although we were home at Fort 4Ls this year, the tradition held and we cooked chicken cutlets brasciole. The chicken is pounded flat, wrapped around filling, stabbed with toothpicks to keep it together, and sauteed. Finally, the dish is finished with a light red sauce. Bon appetit!
